KubX was founded by Gareth Pinder and Rebecca Webster — two accountants with more than 20 years of combined experience looking after UK small businesses: sole traders, contractors, landlords and limited companies.

We started KubX because good accountancy shouldn’t mean chasing your accountant for a reply or bracing for a surprise bill at year end. So we built the opposite — fixed monthly fees you can work out for yourself, and real people who actually answer.

The model is deliberately simple: everything runs online, everything runs through Xero, and everything is priced as a fixed monthly fee you can calculate yourself before we’ve ever spoken. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, no “we’ll get back to you with a quote”.

Behind the scenes, KubX is Kuberax Ltd — a registered UK company. Boring where it matters, so the interesting parts of your business get the attention.
